HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

For Christmas Eve delivery, cupcakes must be ordered by December 20th. Cupcakes will shipped Wednesday December 22nd, 2nd day air to guarantee Friday delivery.  Ground cannot be used to guarantee delivery. Orders placed on or after December 21st will be shipped January 4th.

Ship Dates: Cupcakes are shipped by UPS 2nd day air or UPS ground. You have the option to ship next day air at check out.

*Cupcakes ordered on Tuesday will be shipped on the following Tuesday.

Shipping Policy: We ship our cupcakes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via UPS 2nd day air or UPS ground. Most packages in Florida will arrive in one day. Cupcake Delights does not take any responsibility for time delay in orders. Cupcakes should not be left in the elements, so please make sure you have the correct address and someone is there to receive the shipment. We do not ship to PO/ APO/ FPO Boxes or Alaska and Hawaii.

We require two day notice prior to ship date. Please allow 2 days for shipping, although shipment may arrive in one day depending on your delivery zone.

Our cupcakes are shipped frozen with ice and dry ice which should evaporate during shipment. If any dry ice is remaining, please do not touch with bare hands. Some shipments may not require dry ice.

Refund Policy: We make every effort to package your cupcakes to make sure they arrive to you safely; however, we have little or no control over the delivery service. Please contact us to report any damage immediately upon receipt. We cannot guarantee orders when a customer has provided an incorrect address, shipment is delayed due to weather, or when orders are left in the elements. Please make sure someone is available to receive the cupcakes when delivered.
