We hand frost our cupcakes with buttercream frosting and make every effort to make sure they arrive to you safely.  Our cupcakes are shipped frozen with ice and dry ice which should evaporate during shipment.  If any dry ice is remaining, please do not touch with bare hands.  Remove packing materials and allow cupcakes to thaw 3 to 4 hours before serving. 

Cupcakes that arrive frozen may be kept in freezer up to one month. Cupcakes that arrived thawed may be refrigerated up to 3 days. DO NOT REFREEZE.

For optimal taste, bring cupcakes to room temperature prior to serving.
